30 min Spot Massage
I use a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy in a localized area to reduce tension in your SPECIFIC AREA OF DISCOMFORT like back, neck/shoulders or legs/feet.

A full body relaxing "Swedish" style massage OR "Deep Tissue" for either the upper or lower body. (I recommend 90+ Minute Massages when you desire a full body massage as well as specific work in an area of tension like the back or neck/shoulders)

This is great for a full body Integrated Relaxation massage with deeper work in a specific area of need. (Recommended for a client requiring an extra amount of deep work in a SINGLE specific area, like neck/shoulders, low back or feet/calves.)

My Signature 3 hour Massage- You may need a ride home after this one! If you need EXTRA-EXTRA, DEEP/SPECIFIC work this is the massage for you. This is a full body Deep Tissue massage with plenty of time for specific work in MULTIPLE areas. It's my Favorite!

Couples Massage
ENJOY A MASSAGE WITH YOUR SWEETHEART OR FRIEND. Two therapists will give simultaneous massages in the same treatment room. You can enjoy a relaxing massage or get some deep tissue work done either way you will relax on a heated table in a beautiful environment. Please make appointment as soon as possible so that both Therapists may accommodate you (We recommend at least 7-14 days notice).

Out Call Charge
Add if you would like the massage outside of our office. Within Columbia city limits. Must have had a least 1 visit at studio and out call is agreed upon by therapist. Valid only for massages of 1 hour or more.

On-Site Mobile Chair Massage
Mobile Chair massage service for colleges, corporate events, health fairs, conventions, trade shows, grand openings, etc. Great for college lock-ins, relax and reduce stress from testing. Businesses can offer for employee appreciation day, or to increase productivity. 1 1/2 hour min. plus travel and set up. Can provide 1 to multiple therapists. This is a fully clothed mini massage that focuses on neck, shoulders and back and that can be performed just about anywhere!
Chair massage- Local Event Prices
Minimum 1.5 hours of massage time.
1 Therapist. Travel and set-up time included, within city limits. Outside of city limits addl. travel fees will apply. Additional options for more time and Therapists available. Call at least 3-4 weeks in advance to request multiple Therapists and discuss your options.
