yourself, scheduling a Couples massage and alternate Therapists I
recommend you to see if I am unavailable/booked.
Cancellation Policy
Our mission is to provide you with the best quality of services. Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation if possible. We are aware that sometimes things happen, please give as much notice as your are able. If you fail to show up for your appointment or give less than 6 hours notice of cancellation you will be charged 50% for lost time. Clients with repeated late cancellations, no shows or late arrival times may result in removal from online scheduling privileges. If you are using a gift certificate or package and fail to give proper notice of cancellation or fail to show up for your appointment you forfeit that gift certificate and that visit will be deducted from your package.
Insurance Coverage
Massage may be a covered service with your current health insurance plan. Check with your insurance provider to learn more. Massage is usually covered through HSA's, Flexible Spending Accounts and Cafeteria Plans. Ask for a receipt for your session or use your Flex Debit/Charge Card or write a check from your account.
***If you have never booked online before you will need to create an account, it is simple and just requires first and last name, phone number, an email address and creating a password.***
***You will receive an email verification of your appointment with more detailed directions, please take time to look it over, if you do not receive a confirmation than your appointment was not completed, please call if you have any problems.***
If you need to schedule a Couples massage or prefer not
to use the Schedule Now option you may request an appointment by
phone/email/text. I am unable to schedule Couples massage online as I
need to coordinate time/dates with the other Therapist.
Please
note there are extended hours for Couples Massage as we may work you
into the other Therapist scheduled hours however my hours remain firm
for single client work.
Scheduling online is the fastest and easiest way to book your appointment however you may also call/text 573-355-8826 or email comomassage@gmail.com to schedule your appointment. I have many regular clients and currently am usually booked full at about 4-6 weeks out. All calls/text and email will be answered within 24hrs. Be sure to check out the "CoMo will be closed on..." tab for the few occasions I will be unavailable. I can add you to a cancellation list.
We have some great Therapist in our office! Below I have a link to refer you to them if you need to get in immediately, they may have an opening. All are excellent! They work out of the same office complex and have similar style and prices as I do.

Note: If you have a gift certificate from CoMo Massage it can only be redeemed with Alison Sower LMT, we are all Independent Therapists, the other Therapists @Walnut Street Massage Studios will not accept them as payment and CoMo Massage will not reimburse the other Therapists with the exception of a Couples Massage. If you have a gift certificate for a Couples Massage you will be with Alison and one of the other Therapist at the Studio and the certificate will cover both of them.
